Make sure to make a reservation in advance. We require a 20% deposit to guarantee the selected vehicle for your occasion. PLEASE NOTE: 20% deposit is not refundable!

Before
· Your chauffeur will be elegantly dressed in a black suit, white dress shirt, and black tie
· Your limousine will arrive before departure time
· Your chauffeur will assist you in taking any special belonging with you
· The chauffeur will instruct the bride on how to enter and exit the limousine with ease.
During
· Your chauffeur will re-ice, refresh and clean your limousine while your ceremony commences
· A “Just Married” sign can be placed on the limousine per request (additional charge)
CANCELATION POLICY FOR WEDDING / ANY EVENT SERVICE:
We prepare the car and schedule the driver for work 24 hours before pickup.
80% is refundable if cancelation is made 24 hours before the service (20% deposit is not refundable).
Late cancelation (less than 24 hours before) – FULL CHARGE (100%).
NOTE: the contract will be sent to you with all details and a cancelation policy to review.
After
· The couple will be offered drinks and mints after the ceremony
· During the photo session, your chauffeur will help serve cold drinks at your wedding party
. Your limousine will be started ten minutes before departure, so the interior is at the right temperature
